JRN #:2520We are seeking a highly polished, proactive, and discreet operations focused Personal Assistant to support our client, the CEO of a publicly traded company. This role sits within the broader “Office of the CEO” and partners closely with the Executive Assistant (corporate) to ensure seamless management of the CEO’s personal and lifestyle operations. This is a high-touch, high-responsibility role requiring exceptional responsiveness, judgment, and execution. Looking to hire ASAP.

Responsibilities

Own all personal and lifestyle management for the CEOCoordinate complex travel logistics (commercial and private aviation)Manage day-to-day personal scheduling and requests with precision and urgencyManage personal calendar, and book appointments on behalf of the executiveVendor management for multiple propertiesEvent managementOversee home and lifestyle operations, including vendor coordinationProvide pet care coordinationAct as a trusted gatekeeper and problem solver, anticipating needs before they arisePartner closely with the corporate EA to ensure full calendar and priority alignmentMaintain 24/7 availability and responsiveness (off-hours communication is expected)Other ad hoc responsibilities as needed

Requirements

5–10+ years of experience in high-level personal or executive support (CEO-level preferred)Background in:C-suite Personal/Executive Assistant rolesOR high-touch environments (e.g., luxury travel, talent agencies, event/wedding planning, VIP hospitality)Must be based in MiamiMust demonstrate exceptional discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligenceMust be able to thrive in fast-paced, high-demand environmentsMust be highly organized, detail-oriented, and relentlessly proactive

Location: Brickell, Miami, FLSchedule: Fully in-person role.

Full-time 5 days a week. 24/7 mentality. Flexibility outside of standard business hours as needed.Compensation: $120-140k DOE base, bonus opportunity, and competitive equity.
