Operational leaders are encouraged to contribute ideas that improve service, efficiency, and the overall guest experience.Role Description The Operational Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Augusta, GA, responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising staff during shifts, managing scheduling, and supporting team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service. The manager monitors food and beverage preparation, upholds cleanliness and safety standards, and ensures compliance with company policies and local regulations. This role also includes handling customer concerns, maintaining customer satisfaction, managing inventory and ordering, and assisting with hiring, training, and coaching staff. The Operational Restaurant Manager works closely with leadership to meet financial and operational targets while promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Qualifications Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to respond effectively to guest needs and feedback.Experience with Hiring and team supervision, including interviewing, onboarding, and supporting staff development.Excellent Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and leadership in a clear and respectful manner.Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including food safety, quality standards, and efficient service practices.Relevant experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and reliability in completing tasks.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or business management is beneficial.
