Inetum’s solutions aim at contributing to its clients’ performance and innovation as well as the common good.Present in 19 countries with a dense network of sites, Inetum partners with major software publishers to meet the challenges of digital transformation with proximity and flexibility.Driven by its ambition for growth and scale, Inetum generated sales of 2.5 billion euros in 2023.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, assess and monitor operational risks and the effectiveness of internal controls.Ensure procedures, controls and risk management frameworks are properly implemented and maintained.Execute control activities, analyse results and follow up on remediation actions.Manage operational incidents, audit findings and corrective action plans.Prepare risk reports and provide insights to management and governance committees.Support operational risk and permanent control governance activities.Promote a strong risk and control culture through stakeholder engagement and awareness initiatives.Collaborate with business and control functions to strengthen risk mitigation and process effectiveness.QualificationsEnglish (Fluent)Up to 2 years of experience in Risk & Controls, Compliance, Audit, Consulting, Project Management or related fields.Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
