Job description: Senior Team Lead - Control TestingRole: Senior Team Lead - Control Testing Location: Bangalore (Client Office – Hybrid)Experience Required: 5-8 yrsEmployment type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:Control Testing & AssuranceExecute periodic control testing programs across Middle Office and Back Office OperationsValidate design and operating effectiveness of key controls.Assess preventive, detective, and corrective controls.Perform sample testing and evidence reviews.Identify control deficiencies and document findings.Monitor control exceptions and ensure remediation.Risk Management:Identify operational, regulatory, market conduct, and fraud-related risks.Challenge existing processes and identify control gaps.Conduct root cause analysis for control failures.Support Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSA).Governance & Reporting:Prepare control testing reports and management dashboards.Present findings to business, risk, and senior management.Track remediation actions and closure status.Produce KPIs, KRIs, and risk metrics for stakeholders globally.Stakeholder Management:Work closely with:Middle OfficeBack OfficeCompliance3LOD teamsFacilitate discussions on control effectiveness and remediation priorities.Audit & Regulatory Support:Support controls testingMonitor timely closure of audit observations.Maintain evidence repositories and testing documentation.Data Analytics:Analyze large datasets for:Control breachesRegulatory exceptionsRogue trading indicatorsFraud patternsUnusual transactionsRequired Skills:Functional Skills -Operational Risk ManagementInternal Controls FrameworkRegulatory ComplianceControl Testing MethodologiesAudit & AssuranceRisk AssessmentRoot Cause AnalysisIncident ManagementGovernance & ControlsTechnical Skills:Advanced ExcelDashboardsAnalytics ToolsSoft Skills:Stakeholder ManagementAnalytical ThinkingProblem SolvingCommunication & PresentationAttention to DetailAbility to challenge constructivelySelf-driven and needs to own the activities end to endIf interested, kindly share your updated resume at hr@runmapglobal.com
