For over two decades, we have served abandoned senior citizens, mentally challenged individuals, and the homeless — providing shelter, care, and dignity to people the system has left behind.About the Philanthropic Ventures WingWe are building a new division to launch and scale high-impact philanthropic initiatives with the ambition, speed, and execution standards of a high-growth company.We are looking for people who can take a defined mission or project and make sure it actually happens — on time, on budget, on the ground, and at the required quality.The RoleAs a Project Operations Manager / Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for turning project plans into smooth, reliable execution.You will coordinate people, vendors, field teams, logistics, resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure that every part of the project is delivered as planned. You will be the person making sure nothing falls through the cracks.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys execution, problem-solving, coordination, and getting things done.What You Will Do• Execute project plans and ensure timely delivery of all operational activities• Coordinate field teams, vendors, partners, logistics, and internal stakeholders• Plan and manage day-to-day on-ground operations• Track timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables• Set up and maintain SOPs, checklists, workflows, and reporting systems• Ensure required documentation, permissions, compliance, and operational processes are completed• Identify operational problems quickly and take ownership of resolving them• Conduct regular reviews and follow up with teams to ensure commitments are met• Coordinate with marketing, finance, partnerships, and other teams to support project execution• Track project performance and report progress, issues, and outcomes to leadership• Improve processes continuously to make projects more efficient and scalable• Support expansion and replication of successful projects across locationsWhat We Are Looking For• 2–7 years of experience in operations, project management, program delivery, events, logistics, consulting, or a similar role• Strong execution and coordination skills with a high level of ownership• Someone who follows through and gets things done without constant supervision• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities• Comfortable managing multiple teams, vendors, and priorities simultaneously• Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets• Ability to create and follow processes, checklists, SOPs, and reporting systems• Comfortable working on the ground and dealing with unexpected challenges• Strong written and spoken English and Hindi• Most importantly: reliability, urgency, resourcefulness, and a strong bias for actionWhat We Offer• Opportunity to work on high-impact philanthropic initiatives from the ground up• Direct exposure to leadership and meaningful decision-making responsibility• Fast growth as the Philanthropic Ventures Wing scales• Corporate-grade execution environment with meaningful social impact• Compensation: ₹6,00,000–₹12,00,000 LPA, based on experienceLocation: Golf Course Extension Road, Sector 58, Gurugram, Haryana 122011Work Mode: On-siteThe Earth Saviours Foundation is an equal opportunity employer.
