This position is responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations, including coordination of shipments, monitoring delivery timelines, and resolving operational issues. The role involves managing documentation, permits, and tracking processes, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations. The Operational Specialist will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, support continuous process improvement, and provide regular status updates to management and clients.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for data review, problem-solving, and process optimization.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for coordinating with clients, partners, and internal teams.Candidates should possess Sales capabilities to support client relationships and identify opportunities for service expansion.Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to manage day-to-day logistics workflows and ensure service quality.Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor operational initiatives and improvements.Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation environments is highly beneficial.Proficiency in MS Office and logistics or ERP software is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
