About the JobDescriptionJob Purpose / ObjectiveSupport and coordinate day-to-day operations, collaborate with internal teams and clients, and contribute to process improvements to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality service delivery.Key Responsibilities / AccountabilitiesMonitor daily operations and ensure tasks are completed within the required timelines.Coordinate with internal departments and teams to ensure smooth workflow.Follow up on client requests, projects, and operational activities.Identify operational challenges and bottlenecks and propose appropriate solutions.Prepare operational reports and monitor key performance indicators.Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.Ensure compliance with approved company policies, procedures, and quality standards.Communicate with clients, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with relevant teams to address requests.Monitor client feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.Support sales and business development activities when required.Perform other related duties assigned by the direct manager or Chief Executive Officer.RequirementsEducation / Professional QualificationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Experience0–2 years of relevant experience.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Skills / CompetenciesStrong operations management and process improvement skills.Ability to remain calm, composed, and professional in challenging situations.Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage demanding workloads.Strong decision-making skills and the ability to respond quickly to operational issues.Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.Strong verbal communication skills with confidence, professionalism, and quick thinking.Good knowledge of digital tools, internet resources, and technology required to perform operational tasks efficiently.Good command of the English language
