This role includes coordinating bookings, managing itineraries, and overseeing vendor and partner relationships to support seamless travel experiences. The Operational Specialist will monitor operational workflows, troubleshoot issues, and improve processes to enhance service quality and efficiency. Daily activities also involve collaborating with sales and customer service teams, preparing operational reports, and supporting project-based initiatives to optimize overall performance.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Operations Management and Project Management skills to oversee daily workflows and support process improvements.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend operational enhancements.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, partners, and customers in a clear and professional manner.Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support cross-functional initiatives and help align operational activities with revenue goals.Experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality operations is beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Dubai and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with office software and booking or reservation systems is an advantage.A relevant diploma or degree in business, operations, or a related field is preferred.
