Adama Hair Transplant Center values professionalism, continuous improvement, and a supportive work environment for healthcare and operations professionals.Role Description The Operational Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region, responsible for supporting the smooth daily operation of the hair transplant center. This role involves coordinating patient flow, managing appointment schedules, and ensuring that clinical and administrative processes run efficiently. The Operational Specialist will collaborate with medical and administrative staff, monitor service quality, and help implement operational improvements and policies. Additional tasks include preparing operational reports, assisting with inventory and resource allocation, supporting front-desk activities when needed, and contributing to patient experience initiatives.Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to interpret operational data and identify process improvements.Effective Communication abilities for coordinating with medical staff, administrative teams, and patients.Sales capabilities to support service promotion, patient consultations, and conversion of inquiries into bookings.Operations Management experience in healthcare or service-oriented environments to oversee workflows and procedures.Project Management skills to plan, implement, and track operational initiatives and efficiency projects.Proficiency with office software and basic data management tools.Ability to work on-site full time in the Riyadh Region and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or medical center operations is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a focus on delivering high-quality service
