The culture values initiative, adaptability, and a strong focus on operational excellence.Role Description The Operational Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, responsible for supporting and improving day-to-day operational activities across the company. The role includes monitoring workflows, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that processes are executed efficiently and in alignment with company standards. The Operational Specialist will help track performance metrics, identify operational issues, and propose practical solutions to improve service delivery and internal efficiency. Daily tasks may involve documenting procedures, supporting project implementation, assisting with sales operations, and preparing reports for management. This position requires close collaboration with colleagues in operations, sales, and management to maintain smooth, consistent execution of business activities.QualificationsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Sales-related skills and familiarity with supporting sales operations, customer interactions, or commercial activities.Operations management skills with experience in optimizing workflows, coordinating activities, and maintaining process documentation.Project management skills, including planning, organizing, and following up on initiatives to completion.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Ability to work on-site in Jeddah and adapt to a fast-paced, growing organization.Previous experience in healthcare, medical products, or a related industry is an advantage.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field preferred.Handling the full import and delivery logistics process requires a step-by-step workflow from sourcing the product to final drop-off.
