We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator with experience in a Corporate Services Provider (CSP) environment. The role involves supporting day-to-day business operations, coordinating client administration, maintaining corporate records, assisting with company incorporation and licensing processes, and ensuring that client and internal documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day administrative and operational activities for the company and its clients.Coordinate company incorporation, registration, licensing, renewals, amendments, and related corporate services.Prepare, review, organize, and maintain corporate documents, client files, agreements, registers, and records.Liaise with government authorities, free zones, banks, professional advisors, and other external service providers.Assist with the preparation and submission of applications, forms, declarations, and supporting documentation.Coordinate client onboarding and ensure that required KYC and supporting documentation is collected and properly maintained.Assist with compliance-related administrative requirements, including KYC/AML documentation and periodic reviews.Coordinate with clients regarding outstanding documents, signatures, approvals, and service requirements.Prepare quotations, invoices, service requests, and other operational documentation as required.Support the opening and maintenance of corporate bank accounts and coordinate required documentation with banks and clients.Schedule meetings, manage correspondence, and maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams.Follow up on pending applications and ensure the timely completion of client requests.Identify administrative or operational issues and escalate them appropriately.Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive corporate, financial, and client information.Support management with reports, operational summaries, and other administrative tasks.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.At least 1 year of experience in a Corporate Services Provider, business setup consultancy, or similar environment.Strong knowledge of corporate administration and business setup processes in the UAE.Familiarity with company incorporation, trade licences, renewals, amendments, and corporate documentation.Working knowledge of KYC/AML requirements and client due diligence procedures.Strong organizational and document management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Preferred ExperienceExperience with UAE free zones, mainland company formation, corporate bank account opening, visa and immigration coordination, UBO declarations, ESR-related administration, and ongoing corporate compliance will be an advantage.
