Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob SummaryAs part of COE-OPAMI, under the Reliability, Asset Management, Performance and Innovation (RAMPi) function, the Assistant Manager is mainly responsible for driving operational excellence through performance monitoring, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives across ENOVA's facilities. This role will lead the development and management of performance dashboards, KPI frameworks, and innovation programs to support ENOVA's strategy and business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive reviews of site operational performance against established KPIs and SLAsAnalyse performance trends, variances, and patterns to identify areas of concern and opportunities for improvementPrepare detailed performance reports with insights, root cause analysis, and actionable recommendationsEstablish performance benchmarks and best practices across multiple sitesCoordinate monthly and quarterly performance review meetings with site leadership and stakeholdersTrack and report on corrective action implementation and effectivenessIdentify, develop, and implement new KPIs to enhance operational performance visibility and management effectivenessReview and refine existing KPIs to ensure relevance, accuracy, and alignment with business objectivesEstablish KPI definitions, calculation methodologies, data sources, and target setting frameworksEnsure KPIs align with industry standards, best practices, and client requirementsCreate KPI documentation including measurement procedures, data validation protocols, and reporting guidelinesConduct periodic KPI effectiveness reviews and recommend improvementsMaintain close collaboration with site operations teams to understand challenges and support performance enhancementProvide analytical support and insights to site managers for data-driven decision makingChallenge existing practices and facilitate problem-solving sessions to drive continuous improvementSupport root cause analysis for performance gaps and underperforming areasFacilitate knowledge sharing and best practice transfer across sitesConduct site visits to validate data accuracy and understand operational realitiesManage the development of new performance dashboards in collaboration with data analysts and IT teamsDefine dashboard requirements, specifications, user interfaces, and visualization standardsOversee dashboard design ensuring user-friendly, intuitive, and actionable insightsPerform or Coordinate user acceptance testing and stakeholder feedback incorporationEnsure dashboards integrate data from multiple sources (CMMS/CAFM, ERP, BMS, IoT platforms and so on)Manage dashboard deployment, user training, and adoption across the organizationOversee the upkeeping and maintenance of existing performance dashboardsMonitor dashboard performance, data accuracy, and system reliabilityCoordinate with IT and data teams to resolve technical issues and data discrepanciesImplement regular dashboard updates based on changing business requirementsOptimize dashboard performance, loading times, and comprehensive data quality reports highlighting issues, trends, and improvement areasFacilitate data quality improvement workshops and root cause analysis sessions with site teamsDevelop data quality improvement action plans with clear ownership and timelinesImplement data validation rules, automated checks, and quality control mechanismsCollaborate with IT and system administrators to enhance data capture processes and system configurationsTrack and measure the impact of data quality improvements on reporting accuracy and decision-making effectivenessIntroduce innovative approaches to performance management and operational excellenceResearch and evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies for performance optimizationPilot new performance management techniques including management program from the Centre of Excellence (Head Office)Establish structured processes for idea submission, evaluation, and implementationCoordinate innovation campaigns and employee engagement initiativesEvaluate submitted ideas for feasibility, impact, and alignment with strategic objectivesFacilitate cross-functional collaboration for idea development and implementationMeasure and report The Employee shall seek clarification and guidance in specific cases or whenever one feels necessary.Customer Relations: Develop proactive working relationships with site teams, technical partners, and client representatives to support seamless implementation and monitoring of vibration analysis programs. Identify opportunities for service enhancement and cost efficiency through early fault detection and reliability improvements.Minimum Experience & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics/ Data Science, or related fieldMaster's degree or MBA is preferredProfessional certifications in power BI or business analytics or UI are advantageousKnowledge of Data Warehouse and Advanced analytical platform are advantageousValid UAE driving licenseMinimum 6-8 years of progressive experience in performance management, operations excellence, or business analyticsMinimum 2-3 years in supervisory or managerial roleExperience in facilities managementProven track record of implementing performance management digital systems and dashboardsExperience managing innovation programs or continuous improvement initiativesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data setsExpert knowledge of KPI development, performance measurement frameworks, and balanced scorecardsProficiency in data visualization and dashboard tools (Power BI, or similar)Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data modellingExperience with CMMS/CAFM systems (Maximo and MRI Evolution)Knowledge of business intelligence platforms and data analytics toolsExperience with data quality assessment tools and methodologiesUnderstanding of facilities management operations, maintenance practices, and service deliveryExcellent communication and presentation skills in EnglishInnovation management and design thinking skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teamsProficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretationExperience with SQL or database querying is advantageousAbility to travel across Enova facilities as required
