Operations & Brand Coordinator – Textile Trading

📢 WE'RE HIRING - Operations & Brand Coordinator Industry - Textile Trading📍 Location: Dubai, UAE (remote/ hybrid)We are looking for a hands-on, organized, and proactive Operations & Brand Coordinator to support our growing business across sourcing, production, product development, customer experience, content, and daily operations.This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers, and taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Supply ChainSource manufacturers and suppliers locally and internationally, including Alibaba and other sourcing platforms.Obtain and compare quotations.Coordinate production and follow up with suppliers.Track production timelines and deliveries.Manage inventory and stock organization.Package and dispatch customer orders.Update products and inventory on the company website.Support product launches.Product DevelopmentCoordinate with tailors and sample makers.Deliver and collect samples.Communicate design requirements clearly.Follow up on prototypes and revisions.Source packaging, trims, accessories, and other materials.Visit suppliers and production partners when required.Customer ExperienceRespond to customer emails and social media messages.Coordinate deliveries and customer collections.Ensure customers receive a premium brand experience.Marketing & ContentAssist with Instagram, TikTok, and other social media content.Photograph and film products when required.Assist with website content updates.Support pop-ups, exhibitions, and brand activations.Executive & Business SupportOrganize documents and business records.Draft emails and correspondence.Follow up with suppliers and business partners.Maintain task trackers and project updates.Prepare daily progress reports and weekly operational summaries.Requirements Essential:Based in the UAE.Valid UAE residence visaValid UAE driving license.Own vehicle.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Confident dealing with suppliers and manufacturers.Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT.Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Preferred:Experience in fashion, textiles, retail, luxury brands, or e-commerce.Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.Social media content creation experience.Photography or videography skills.Knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.Working ArrangementHybrid / field-based role.Primarily remote.Weekly in-person meeting with the Founder.Regular visits to suppliers, manufacturers, storage facilities, and tailors as required.Monday to Friday.Occasional paid support for exhibitions and events.📩 Interested candidates Email CVs to - Jobs@learntob.com
