Operations & Business Development Coordinator

About the RoleCode17 is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Operations & Business Development Coordinator to support our international team. This role combines day-to-day business operations, employee coordination, recruiting support, and internal communications. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, managing priorities, and keeping processes running smoothly.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential.Key Responsibilities

• Operations and reporting: Maintain internal spreadsheets, employee records, candidate tracking systems, and weekly reports.
• Employee coordination: Support onboarding and offboarding, including collecting documentation and following up on administrative requirements.
• Equipment logistics: Coordinate laptop deliveries, returns, inventory, and IT setup with employees and partners in Mexico and Brazil.
• Recruiting support: Assist with candidate tracking, résumé formatting, client submissions, and recruiting team coordination.
• Business development support: Assist with client communications, prospect tracking, follow-ups, and business materials.
• Internal communications: Prepare the monthly company newsletter and support employee updates.
• Administrative support: Maintain organized documentation and help improve internal processes.Qualifications
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken, is required.
• 2+ years of experience in operations, business administration, recruiting coordination, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Sheets, Docs, and Drive.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and work with international teams.
