نبحث عن قائد للمرحلة القادمة في FILE Caféلدى FILE Café حاليًا 3 فروع قائمة في مدينة الرياض، ونبحث عن شخص قيادي وطموح للانضمام إلينا في منصب:مدير التشغيل وتطوير الأعمالOperations & Business Development Managerسيكون المرشح مسؤولًا عن قيادة الأداء التشغيلي والتجاري للفروع، وتطوير المبيعات والربحية، والمساهمة بشكل مباشر في خطط النمو والتوسع القادمة.المهام الرئيسية:• الإشراف على تشغيل الفروع الثلاثة ورفع كفاءتها التشغيلية.• تطوير المبيعات والإيرادات وتحسين الربحية.• تحليل أداء الفروع ووضع خطط واضحة للنمو والتحسين.• تطوير تجربة العميل وجودة المنتجات والخدمات.• بناء ومتابعة مؤشرات الأداء KPIs للفروع والفريق.• تحسين الإجراءات التشغيلية ورفع كفاءة التكاليف.• زيادة عدد العملاء ومتوسط قيمة الطلب ومعدل عودة العملاء.• تطوير المبادرات التسويقية والشراكات التجارية.• قيادة خطط التوسع والمساهمة في افتتاح فروع جديدة.• بناء وتطوير الفريق ورفع مستوى الأداء والمسؤولية.نبحث عن شخص لديه:• خبرة قوية في قطاع المطاعم والمقاهي F&B.• خبرة في إدارة عدة فروع.• فهم واضح للمبيعات والربحية والتكاليف والتشغيل.• قدرات قيادية عالية ومهارة في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرار.• خبرة في تطوير العلامات التجارية والنمو والتوسع.• يفضل من لديه معرفة قوية بسوق الرياض وشبكة علاقات في قطاع المطاعم والمقاهي.📍 الموقع: الرياض – المملكة العربية السعوديةهذه الفرصة ليست لإدارة الوضع الحالي فقط، بل لقيادة مرحلة نمو وتطوير حقيقية لعلامة لديها 3 فروع قائمة وطموح واضح للتوسع.للمهتمين، نرحب بإرسال السيرة الذاتية عبر joobs@fitting.saWe’re hiring at FILE CaféFILE Café currently operates 3 branches in Riyadh, and we are looking for an ambitious, hands-on leader to join us as:Operations & Business Development ManagerThe successful candidate will lead the operational and commercial performance of our existing branches while playing a key role in driving growth, profitability, and future expansion.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee the operations of all three branches and improve operational efficiency.• Drive sales, revenue growth, and profitability.• Analyze branch performance and develop clear improvement and growth plans.• Enhance customer experience, product quality, and service standards.• Develop and monitor KPIs for branches and team members.• Improve operational processes and optimize costs.• Increase customer traffic, average order value, and repeat business.• Develop marketing initiatives and commercial partnerships.• Lead expansion plans and support the opening of new branches.• Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team.We are looking for someone with:• Strong experience in the F&B industry.• Proven experience managing multiple branches.• Strong commercial understanding of sales, profitability, costs, and operations.• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.• Experience in brand development, growth, and expansion.• Strong knowledge of the Riyadh market and F&B network is highly preferred.📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaThis is not only a role to manage the existing business; it is an opportunity to lead the next stage of growth and development for a brand with 3 operating branches and ambitious expansion plans.Interested candidates are welcome to send their CV via joobs@fitting.sa.
