Operations & Creative Intern

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and creative individual to join us in Dubai as a long-term intern, supporting the day-to-day operations across our growing businesses.This is a hands-on role for someone looking to gain real experience across business operations, hospitality, vacation homes, interiors and creative projects - with the opportunity to learn, take ownership and grow with us over time.What you’ll be involved in:

• General administrative and operational support
• Drafting emails, messages and follow-ups
• Coordinating with suppliers and external partners
• Preparing invoices and contracts using existing templates
• Reaching out to and following up with potential leads
• Keeping projects, documents and tasks organised
• Assisting with creative projects, interiors and business coordination
• Supporting wherever needed as new projects developWho we’re looking for:Someone who is organised, reliable, eager to learn and comfortable taking initiative.
