Operations & Finance Manager (Chief of Staff)

SANVT makes premium essentials: better fits, better materials, made in Portugal and Spain, sold direct at sanvt.com worldwide (focus on central Europe). We're a small international team in Barcelona, Porto and Munich and a lot of momentum.WHY THIS ROLE EXISTSOur founder leads brand and growth. We need the person who makes the company run: turning decisions into owners, dates and results, and holding finance and people processes together. You start as Operations & Finance Manager (Chief of Staff), working side by side with the GM. WHAT YOU'LL OWNOperating rhythm: run our weekly and monthly cycle, follow up on commitments, and make sure blockers get solved, not parked.Finance: P&L, cash and budgets across both entities. Build the profitability layer: channel margins, LTV/CAC, and the profit and cash side of our 3-year plan. Work with our accountants and tax advisors.People & HR: hiring, onboarding, the performance review cycle, and HR tooling (Factorial).Strategic projects: business cases and execution for new channels (marketplaces, wholesale, retail tests) and the operational decisions that keep a growing brand healthy.Admin: take the company admin off the team's plate.WHAT YOU BRING5–8 years of experience, including at least 2–3 years in an operating role at a start-up, scale-up or consumer (eCommerce) brand. You've built and run things yourself, not only advised on them.Strong with numbers: you can build a cash forecast and a channel P&L yourself.You enjoy follow-through, and you can hold people to commitments with calm firmness, without needing a title to do it.Experience managing people, or the ambition and maturity to do so soon.Fluent English.
