Petit Moments – Operations & Fulfillment AssociatePetit Moments is a rapidly growing, female-founded accessories brand that partners with leading retailers including Nordstrom, REVOLVE, Macy's, Anthropologie, and more. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Fulfillment Associate to support our wholesale, web, and warehouse operations. This role supports daily order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping, quality control, and operational initiatives across the business. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Core Functions·   Order fulfillment, including invoicing, picking, packing and dispatching DTC, wholesale and dropship orders through ApparelMagic, Shopify, ShipStation and retailer portals.·   Daily review of shipments, orders, routing requirements and delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.·   Receive incoming inventory, verify quantities against packing lists and inspect merchandise for quality and accuracy.·   Perform quality control inspections to ensure all products meet Petit Moments standards prior to shipment.·   Organize, label and maintain showroom inventory and warehouse stock while performing regular inventory counts within ApparelMagic.·   Identify and proactively resolve inventory discrepancies while recommending process improvements to reduce future errors.·   Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with freight carriers and third-party logistics (3PL) partners.·   Generate wholesale invoices through EDI and the ERP system, prepare shipping documentation, and ensure compliance with customer routing and shipping requirements.·   Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with payment follow-up as needed.·   Prepare product samples for buyers, meetings, and retailer requests.·   Collaborate with the Operations, Production, Sales and Customer Experience teams to ensure exceptional service and timely order fulfillment.·   Develop proficiency with company systems including ApparelMagic, Shopify, ShipStation, Google Workspace and Monday.com.·   Perform additional operational and administrative duties as assigned.Requirements·   2+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management or operations support.·   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.·   Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced and dynamic team environment.·   Exceptional attention to detail, organization and problem-solving skills.·   Exceptional time management, follow-up and multitasking abilities.·   Highly motivated, dependable and self-starting individual.·   Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.·   Experience with Shopify, ApparelMagic, ShipStation or similar ERP/order management systems preferred.·   Proficient with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.·   Comfortable lifting and moving boxes up to 40 lbs.$25-$30 Hourly Compensation Depending on Experience
