As a rapidly growing D2C brand, we are focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences through operational excellence, efficient logistics, and data-driven decision-making.We are looking for an experienced Operations & Logistics Manager who can take complete ownership of our e-commerce operations, logistics performance, inventory accuracy, and warehouse processes.Position DetailsRole: Operations & Logistics ManagerLocation: Sector 59, NoidaIndustry: D2C / E-commerceExperience Required: 5–8 YearsSalary: Up to ₹10 LPAWorking Model: On-siteRole OverviewThe Operations & Logistics Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end e-commerce operations including order fulfillment, dispatch management, NDR resolution, RTO reduction, delivery performance, inventory control, warehouse audits, courier partner coordination, SOP implementation, and operational reporting.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing D2C operations at scale, possess strong analytical capabilities, and be highly proficient in Excel and operational data management.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfillment & Dispatch Management* Own complete order-to-delivery operations.* Ensure timely order processing and dispatch as per SLA.* Monitor daily dispatch performance and fulfillment accuracy.* Track pending orders and eliminate operational bottlenecks.* Improve order processing efficiency and customer experience.NDR & RTO Management* Manage complete Non-Delivery Report (NDR) operations.* Coordinate with customer support and logistics partners for NDR resolution.* Drive continuous reduction in RTO percentage.* Analyze delivery failure reasons and implement corrective actions.* Build processes to improve delivery success rates.Logistics & Courier Partner Management* Coordinate with courier aggregators and logistics partners.* Monitor courier performance, delivery timelines, and escalation handling.* Resolve shipment delays, lost shipments, damaged orders, and operational issues.* Improve delivery percentage across all regions.* Maintain courier performance dashboards and reports.* Manage logistics procurement and courier allocation to ensure operational efficiency.Warehouse Audits & Process Compliance* Conduct regular warehouse audits and ensure process adherence.* Monitor operational compliance and inventory accuracy.* Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.* Ensure warehouse SOPs are followed consistently.SOPs & Process Improvement* Create, implement, and continuously improve operational SOPs.* Standardize warehouse and logistics processes.* Identify operational leakages and inefficiencies.* Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.* Build scalable systems to support business growth.Data Analytics & Reporting* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.* Track operational KPIs and performance metrics.* Create dashboards and reports using Excel and Google Sheets.* Analyze operational data and present actionable insights.* Maintain daily consolidation reports for orders, shipments, deliveries, NDRs, and RTOs.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)The Operations & Logistics Manager will be evaluated on:* RTO Reduction* Delivery Success Percentage* NDR Closure Rate* Inventory Accuracy* Shipping Cost Optimization* Dispatch TAT (Turnaround Time)* Order Fulfillment Accuracy* Courier SLA Adherence* Warehouse Audit Compliance* MIS & Reporting Accuracy* Daily Consignment Consolidation AccuracyRequired Qualifications* 5+ years of experience in D2C / E-commerce Operations.* Proven experience in logistics, fulfillment, inventory management, and warehouse operations.* Hands-on experience managing NDR and RTO processes.* Experience working with Shopify-based operations.* Experience managing courier aggregators and logistics partners.Technical Skills* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Mandatory).* Strong expertise in:  * Pivot Tables  * XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP  * INDEX-MATCH  * Data Validation  * Dashboard Creation  * MIS Reporting  * Operational Data Analysis* Strong understanding of Shopify operations and order management.* Ability to analyze large operational datasets and generate actionable insights.Preferred Candidate Profile* Experience working with high-growth D2C brands.* Strong understanding of logistics operations and delivery performance management.* Experience handling large order volumes and warehouse operations.* Ability to build processes, SOPs, and operational controls from the ground up.* Strong analytical mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.Why Join InstaAstro?Join a fast-growing consumer brand where you will have direct ownership of operations, logistics performance, process improvement initiatives, and business-critical KPIs while contributing to the growth of one of India’s leading spiritual commerce platforms.
