Egis has long history of providing comprehensive engineering, consulting, and project management services makes it a trusted partner for regional governments, investors, and developers.Job Description Oversee all operations and maintenance activities for rail infrastructure, ensuring adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and operational excellenceDevelop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules and preventative maintenance programmes to optimise asset performance and minimise downtimeLead and manage handover processes for rail systems, assets, and facilities, ensuring seamless transitions and thorough documentationDirect and mentor maintenance teams, providing guidance on technical procedures, safety protocols, and performance expectationsCoordinate with internal departments and external contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and operational tasksEstablish and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, asset conditions, and handover documentation for compliance and audit purposesIdentify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costsManage stakeholder communications regarding operational status, maintenance schedules, and handover milestonesEnsure compliance with Saudi Arabian rail regulations, industry standards, and organisational policiesPrepare and manage budgets for maintenance operations and resource allocationConduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for operational and maintenance-related challengesFacilitate induction and training programmes for new operational and maintenance personnelQualifications• Minimum 15 years' experience in rail operations and maintenance management• Proven experience managing asset handovers and transition projects• Strong people management and team leadership skills• Comprehensive knowledge of rail infrastructure systems and maintenance protocols• Excellent organisational and time-keeping abilities
