Operations & Resident Services CoordinatorGeelong Region | 12-Month Maternity Leave Contract6-8 Days per Fortnight | Flexible Working ArrangementsAbout the OpportunityOur client is a well-established not-for-profit organisation providing affordable housing and support services to older members of the community across the Geelong region.This is a diverse role combining resident services, administration, operational coordination and compliance support. Working within a small and collaborative team, you'll take ownership of key processes including occupancy management, resident administration, annual rent reviews, maintenance coordination, record management and compliance activities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage applicant waiting lists and resident records.Coordinate vacancies, resident departures and new occupancies.Prepare agreements, correspondence and related documentation.Coordinate and track maintenance requests and follow-up actions.Support annual rent review processes and associated calculations.Maintain accurate records, registers and business information.Assist with legislative, compliance and governance requirements.Develop and update policies, procedures, templates and operational documentation.Support operational projects and process improvement initiatives.Ensure information, records and documentation remain accurate, confidential and up to date.About YouYou are an organised and self-motivated administrator who takes pride in accuracy, professionalism and delivering work to a high standard.You will bring:Strong administration, operations coordination or business support experience.Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Strong written communication and documentation skills.Confidence working with data, calculations and reporting.The ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures and legislative requirements.Strong organisational, problem-solving and time management skills.A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.Experience within housing, property, community services, aged care, retirement living or the not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded but is not essential.What's on Offer?Flexible working arrangements.Supportive and collaborative team environment.Meaningful work within a purpose-driven organisation.Salary packaging benefits.Variety, autonomy and the opportunity to make a genuine contribution.Additional Information12-month maternity leave contract.Flexible arrangement of 6-8 days per fortnight.Geelong region location with some flexibility to work remotely.Occasional travel between sites may be required.Apply NowIf you're a capable administrator who enjoys coordinating processes, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance, and contributing to an organisation that makes a positive difference in the community, we'd love to hear from you.
