Position Title: Operations & Sales ManagerEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary AED: up to 15,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: DubaiAbout the Client: A newly established professional cleaning and property snagging services company delivering high-quality residential, commercial, specialist window and façade cleaning, and property inspection solutions.Job Description:Take ownership of setting up and running day-to-day cleaning and snagging operations, including manpower/inspector scheduling, deployment, site coordination, service standards, equipment, suppliers, inspection reporting, and operational processes.Build the client base from the ground up through prospecting, networking, referrals, partnerships, and direct approaches to homeowners, property managers, real estate companies, developers, contractors, offices, and commercial clients.Manage the complete sales and service cycle — from lead generation, client meetings, site surveys and defining scopes of work to costing, quotations, proposals, negotiations, contract closing, mobilization, snagging inspections, and client follow-up.Work closely with the owners/management to develop pricing, service packages, SOPs, operational workflows, sales strategies, quality standards, and growth plans for the company's cleaning and property snagging divisionsQualifications:Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within cleaning services, property snagging/inspection, facilities management, property services, or building maintenance.Strong combination of hands-on operations and sales/business development experience, with the ability to manage service delivery while actively generating new business for both cleaning and snagging services.Proven experience in manpower planning, site surveys/inspections, scope preparation, costing, quotations, mobilization, quality control, client management, and coordination of cleaning and/or property inspection teams.How to Apply:Send your CV in word format to: FMJOBS2020 AT GMAIL DOT COM and use “Operations & Sales Manager” as email subject
