Operations & Supply Chain Analyst

We are looking for an Operations & Supply Chain Analyst to improve the speed, efficiency, and reliability of Autobia’s operational flow across procurement, inbound logistics, fulfillment, and dispatch. You will work at the intersection of procurement, operations, and analytics to identify bottlenecks, improve workflows, and build the visibility needed for better day-to-day decision-making.This role requires strong analytical thinking, hands-on problem-solving, and the ability to turn operational data into practical improvements. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, building structure where it is missing, and helping teams execute changes that improve service levels, throughput, and operational discipline.Key Responsibilities: Map and monitor end-to-end order cycle time across sourcing, first-mile logistics, fulfillment, and last-mile logistics, and identify where speed and execution are being lost.Analyze operational bottlenecks across procurement, inbound flow, fulfillment center throughput, and dispatch readiness, and support actions to improve them.Track supplier performance, operational delays, and key exception patterns to improve reliability, response time, and execution quality.Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerts that improve visibility and support faster operational decision-making.Support process improvement initiatives by measuring current performance, identifying gaps, and tracking results after implementation.Translate operational data into clear insights and practical recommendations for procurement, operations, and leadership teams.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve execution discipline and support continuous operational improvement across the business.Track operational KPIs — including order cycle time, on-time fulfillment rate, inbound lead time, and supplier fill rate — and highlight areas of underperformance and opportunityQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.2+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, procurement, analytics, or a similar role in a startup, marketplace, retail, distribution, or logistics-driven environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good SQL skills and comfort working with operational datasets.Experience with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and BI dashboards.Ability to translate data into operational insights and actionable recommendations.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Arabic fluency.Nice to Have:Experience in automotive, ecommerce, marketplace, retail, or distribution environments.Familiarity with AI and database tools such as Claude Code, Metabase, or similar BI platforms.
