Operations & Supply Chain Executive – Food & E-commerce

IMMEDIATE HIRINGCocobites is looking for a hands-on Operations & Supply Chain Executive to take day-to-day ownership of our operational chain, from suppliers and production planning through inventory, fulfilment, quality control, dispatch and reporting.This is a full-time, fully on-site role at our facility in Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, Dubai. The position also requires occasional local trips to suppliers to collect materials or deliver items. Candidates who can join immediately or on short notice will be prioritized.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Procurement & suppliers: source and coordinate materials, compare quotations, place and follow up orders, track supplier lead times, and arrange collections or deliveries when required.• Supply chain & production planning: convert Shopify, B2B and creator-pack demand into material requirements and practical daily/weekly production and packing plans.• Inventory control: maintain accurate stock records, allocations, physical counts, batch and expiry checks, reorder points, reconciliations and shortage alerts.• Fulfilment & quality: review Shopify orders, coordinate assembly and packing, perform final quality checks, and ensure accurate courier handover.• Delivery exceptions: monitor courier performance and manage failed deliveries, damage, returns, refunds and replacements until closure.• B2B and creator dispatch: prepare, quality-check and track corporate, event and creator shipments.• Reporting: produce clear daily and weekly operational reports covering orders, inventory accuracy, stockouts, fulfilment, delivery issues, damage and corrective actions, and support the monthly commercial close with verified operational data.• Continuous improvement: identify bottlenecks, resolve root causes and improve supplier, production, stock and dispatch processes.WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE• Orders are prepared accurately and handed over on time.• Stock records, batch information and reorder requirements are reliable.• Production and material plans prevent avoidable shortages and delays.• Supplier and courier issues are followed through proactively.• Management receives concise, accurate and decision-ready operational reporting.REQUIREMENTS• 3+ years of relevant experience in operations, supply chain, procurement, inventory or e-commerce fulfilment.• Practical supply chain knowledge is required. Candidates should be able to demonstrate real examples involving material planning, supplier lead times, reorder points, inventory control and production/dispatch coordination.• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.• Valid UAE residence visa with at least 12 months remaining is a plus. • Able to work fully on-site in Al Quoz Industrial Area 3 and make occasional supplier pickups or deliveries.• Strong English communication skills.• Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets; Shopify experience is an advantage.• UAE experience and F&B, FMCG or e-commerce experience are advantageous.• Hands-on, organized, detail-oriented, accountable and comfortable working in a fast-moving small-business environment.JOINING & COMPENSATIONImmediate hiring.
