The firm serves clients in select states, including AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MA, MO, NC, TN, and WA, and emphasizes transparency in all communications and services.Role Description The Operations & Team Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Indianapolis, IN, responsible for overseeing daily office operations and supporting a growing advisory team. This role coordinates workflows, manages client service processes, and ensures compliance with firm and regulatory standards. The Operations & Team Manager supervises support staff, assigns tasks, and monitors performance to maintain high-quality, timely service for clients. The role includes optimizing operational procedures, managing scheduling and internal communications, and collaborating with advisors to improve client experience. The individual will also assist with vendor coordination, basic reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives.Qualifications Operational management and process improvement skills, including organizing workflows, optimizing procedures, and managing office resources.Team leadership and people management skills, such as supervising staff, delegating tasks, conducting performance feedback, and fostering a collaborative environment.Client service and communication skills, including professional verbal and written communication, relationship management, and a strong customer-focused mindset.Administrative and organizational skills, including scheduling, documentation, recordkeeping, and attention to detail in daily operations.Basic financial services or wealth management knowledge, with the ability to learn firm systems, terminology, and compliance requirements.Proficiency with office software and CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, client management platforms) and comfort adopting new technologies.Ability to work on-site full time in Indianapolis, IN, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.Relevant education such as an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field; prior experience in financial services operations or professional services management is preferred.
