Operations & Technical Support Specialist

Company Description Wonder Aesthetics ET LLC develops innovative aesthetic equipment. The Wonder Aesthetic Device delivers safe, contact-less treatments using tested electromagnetic and neuromuscular emissions, administered under the supervision of trained professionals. This technology helps aesthetic businesses reach new client segments, improve patient satisfaction, and expand their service offerings with efficient, low-effort body contouring solutions. Key Responsibilities1. Goods Receiving & Quality Inspection- Receive incoming equipment and accessories at the warehouse.- Inspect products for physical damage, missing components, and discrepancies.- Verify received items against packing lists and purchase orders.- Record inspection results and report any issues.2. Equipment Preparation & Order Fulfillment- Check equipment configurations and accessories according to customer orders.- Reconfigure equipment packages when required.- Ensure all necessary components, cables, accessories, and documentation are included.- Perform basic functionality checks before dispatch.- Prepare completed orders for handover to the Logistics Department.3. Basic After-Sales Technical Support- Handle minor technical issues reported by customers and distributors.- Perform basic troubleshooting and equipment diagnostics.- Replace simple components or accessories when required.- Inspect returned equipment and identify visible or basic functional issues.- Escalate complex technical problems to the technical service team or manufacturer.- Maintain records of after-sales cases and their resolution.4. Inventory & Warehouse Coordination- Maintain accurate records of equipment, accessories, and spare parts.- Track equipment serial numbers and movements.- Coordinate with the Logistics and Sales Departments to ensure timely order preparation.- Maintain an organized and properly controlled warehouse environment.Candidate Requirements- Previous experience in warehouse operations, equipment handling, technical support, or a similar role.- Basic technical understanding of electronic or electromechanical equipment.- Ability to perform basic troubleshooting.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Good communication skills in English.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Preferred: Experience working with medical, aesthetic, or electronic equipment.
