Role DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to support business operations through data analysis, process improvement, and performance monitoring. This role is responsible for analyzing operational data, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing insights that help optimize workflows, enhance efficiency, and support strategic decision-making.The Operations Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, sales, customer service, and management teams to evaluate business processes and develop data-driven solutions. Responsibilities include collecting, organizing, and analyzing operational data, preparing reports, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying trends that impact business performance.The role involves reviewing operational processes, analyzing workflow efficiency, tracking performance metrics, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Operations Analyst will assist in developing dashboards, maintaining operational reports, identifying process gaps, and providing recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.Additional responsibilities include analyzing business performance data, supporting forecasting and planning activities, monitoring operational outcomes, documenting processes, and assisting with the implementation of operational strategies. The position will work with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate data into actionable insights, and support informed decision-making.The Operations Analyst will also contribute to process optimization by identifying inefficiencies, supporting automation opportunities, improving reporting procedures, and maintaining accurate operational documentation. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Analytics, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and provide meaningful business insights.Understanding of business operations, process management, performance measurement, and operational improvement concepts.Ability to collect, organize, validate, and analyze large amounts of operational data.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.Knowledge of operational metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting processes, and performance analysis.Ability to create reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate findings effectively.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze challenges and recommend practical solutions.Understanding of process improvement methodologies and workflow optimization principles.Familiarity with SQL, databases, or data management concepts is beneficial.Ability to work with multiple teams and coordinate information across different business functions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present analytical findings clearly.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy.Attention to detail and commitment to data quality, reporting accuracy, and operational excellence.Ability to document processes, maintain records, and support continuous improvement activities.Familiarity with business systems, enterprise software, or workflow management tools is an advantage.Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and support operational initiatives effectively.Strong teamwork, critical thinking, and continuous learning mindset.
