Operations Analyst – Boutique Hedge Fund – up to £70k base + lucrative bonus!

Our client, a highly respected, award-winning London-based hedge fund with $2bn AUM and a long-standing track record, is looking to hire a junior Operations Analyst following exceptional performance.The lean operations team works directly with traders and portfolio managers, as well as broader functions including IR, Finance and Treasury. This is a rare opportunity for someone still early in their career to gain broad exposure to how a hedge fund operates. The hire will take ownership of core operational responsibilities across the full trade lifecycle, manage key relationships with prime brokers and counterparties, and play a significant role in automation and process improvement initiatives. The firm is particularly open to junior hires leveraging AI tools to drive efficiencies and deliver projects.Our client is looking for someone with 6 months to 3 years of experience across either the buy-side or sell-side, ideally within trade support or middle office, alongside proven experience adding value through project work, automation or process improvements.This is a key hire for the business, offering significant responsibility and exposure from day one. The firm is looking to pay up to £70k base salary, alongside a lucrative discretionary bonus.
