Operations Analyst

Position: Operations AnalystLocation: AhmedabadEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience: 1-3 Years About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to support our day-to-day operational reporting and business analysis activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, validating, analyzing, and presenting operational data to help improve business performance. The role requires proficiency in MS Excel and SQL for data extraction, reporting, and analysis. Key Responsibilities·       Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.·       Collect, compile, validate, and analyze operational data from multiple internal sources.·       Monitor operational performance and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).·       Generate reports related to productivity, service delivery, resource utilization, and overall business operations.·       Extract, query, and analyze data from SQL databases to support reporting and business insights.·       Write and optimize basic to intermediate SQL queries for data retrieval, validation, and reporting purposes.·       Identify trends, anomalies, discrepancies, and opportunities for operational improvements.·       Assist in process analysis and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.·       Maintain and update operational databases, trackers, reporting systems, and documentation.·       Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather accurate information and ensure data integrity.·       Support management with ad-hoc reports, data analysis, and business insights.·       Ensure timely submission of reports while maintaining high levels of data accuracy.·       Document operational processes, reporting methodologies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). ·       Prepare presentations, management review reports, and performance summaries for leadership meetings.·       Ensure confidentiality and security of business and operational data. Required Skills·       Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.·       Good knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Charts, Power Query is an advantage).·       Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, ORDER BY, WHERE, Aggregate Functions, Subqueries).·       Understanding of databases and data validation techniques.·       Ability to analyze large datasets and identify meaningful insights.·       Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.·       Good communication and coordination skills.·       Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines.·       Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau will be an added advantage. Educational Qualification·       Bachelor's degree in BCA, B.Sc.
