It focuses on uncovering value in complex markets, offering flexible capital solutions to meet diverse investment needs.ResponsibilitiesDirect global cash operations including wire and account setup, investment/fund payment flows, and quarterly accounts payable coordinationManage and maintain bank accounts and KYC requests across regional banking relationshipsProcess and report P&L entries for RE funds and credit facilitiesCoordinate liquidity, credit facility, and collateral activities across counterpartiesDeliver frequent balance report updatesProvide support and analysis for investor requests, capital activity, database updates, regulatory reporting, and investment expense trackingRequirementsBachelor’s degree required1-3 years of related middle office experienceStrong Excel skills requiredKnowledge of collateral management and real estate investment operationsExperience with Geneva, VBA, and/or SQL a plusSalary Range$90,000-$100,000
