The firm blends equity investments with strategic lending across various property types.ResponsibilitiesOversee trade/deal management of loans and provide trade management of equity and multifamily assetsManage and oversee deal lifecycle; monitor and manage deal processes and coordinate with deal teams regarding deal information, cash flows, documentation, and modifications across all business linesPartner and monitor all deal closings and facilitation of requirements surrounding the closing of all deals including subsequent management of the deal post-closingGenerate investor reports, consolidate, and build metrics, KPIs and KRIsUtilize deal models and relay all economic details and deal events with investors through the investor portalProvide consistent communication and monitoring of third-party servicers in relation to the loan business lineRequirementsBachelor’s degree required in business administration, finance, and/or real estate1-4 year’s of related middle office experiencePrior experience at a fund or fund admin preferredStrong Excel skillsStrong interpersonal communication with a capacity to interact with outside partiesSalary Range$75,000-$110,000
