Operations Analyst

Adecco is recruiting an analytical and technically skilled Operations Analyst on behalf of an established self-storage organization with multiple locations across the Greater Toronto Area.Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Operations Analyst will transform operational data into clear, meaningful insights that support business decisions. This person will work extensively with data from the company’s SiteLink platform, using Python and other analytical tools to identify trends, understand customer behaviour and prepare recurring management reports.This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data but also understands the business story behind the numbers.What You’ll Be DoingExtract, organize and analyze operational data from SiteLinkUse Python and other analytical tools to review and interpret dataPrepare accurate weekly reports for the Chief Operating Officer and management teamAnalyze customer behaviour, including length of stay, move-out activity and reasons for customer departuresIdentify operational trends, patterns, risks and opportunitiesTranslate complex findings into clear and practical business insightsBuild and maintain recurring dashboards and management reportsSupport leadership with data needed for operational and strategic decisionsImprove existing reporting processes and identify opportunities for automationValidate information and maintain a high level of data accuracy and consistencyRespond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from senior leadershipWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious experience in operations analysis, business intelligence, data analysis or a related positionPractical experience using Python for data analysisStrong Excel and data-management skillsExperience developing recurring reports for management or senior leadershipAbility to identify trends and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholdersStrong analytical thinking, accuracy and attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple reporting prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with SiteLink, property-management systems or self-storage operations is an assetExperience with reporting, dashboard or data-visualization tools is an assetWhy Consider This Opportunity?Direct exposure to senior operational leadershipOpportunity to influence real business decisions through dataBroad visibility across a growing multi-location organizationAbility to improve and automate reporting processesRole combining technical analysis with practical operational impactIf you enjoy turning raw operational data into insights that help leaders make better decisions, we would love to connect with you.
