We’re up 20x YoY, and we need an exceptional candidate who can thrive in a rapid-paced environment and grow with the company.Role OverviewAs an Operations Analyst at Fairly, you will be the analytical engine—and a key operator—behind our on-the-ground model. You will monitor and analyze the performance of our local caretaker network, backup support systems, and internal property onboarding workflows.We are not looking for someone to just build dashboards. We need a deeply curious "doer" who constantly asks "why" to uncover the root causes behind the data. You are driven to make things perfect—never settling for "good enough" when it comes to the experience of our guests, caretakers, and owners. You will dive deep into the numbers, uncover actionable insights, and then roll up your sleeves to personally drive the changes needed to achieve operational excellence. You will own your recommendations from the spreadsheet all the way through to real-world execution.Key ResponsibilitiesData-Driven Execution: Don't just report on the data—act on it. Design, launch, and manage operational pilot programs and workflow A/B tests to directly improve field performance and efficiency.Process Optimization: Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks across the organization. Take ownership of designing scalable solutions, implementing new workflows, and tracking their ongoing impact.Performance Monitoring: Develop robust systems to track key operational metrics. Monitor performance closely and intervene immediately to execute corrective actions when metrics drop below our high standards.Marketplace Analysis: Continuously evaluate supply and demand dynamics across our active markets, proactively executing strategies to balance our network and deploy resources where they are needed most.Revenue Strategy Support: Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to audit and validate our pricing models, ensuring our automated systems successfully translate into maximum revenue for our partners in the real world.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the vital strategic bridge between Operations and Product. Translate real-world feedback and your own experimental data into actionable enhancements for our core software.QualificationsRequiredExperience: 2–4 years of experience in operations analysis, business intelligence, strategy, or a highly analytical role that required hands-on execution.Industry Experience: Vacation rentals, proptech, or marketplace business experience.Deep Curiosity & High Standards: You have an insatiable drive to understand how systems work and how they can be perfected. You have meticulous attention to detail and hold yourself and your work to the highest possible standard.Bias for Action: You don't suffer from analysis paralysis.
