Operations Analyst - Leading Multi-Strategy Hegde Fund

OCR is working with a leading global hedge fund looking to add to its London Operations team.This is a broad, T0-focused role sitting close to the investment and trading teams, with exposure across multiple asset classes and responsibility spanning trade support, financing, collateral and wider operational projects.A meaningful part of the role is focused on projects, automation and process improvement, making it particularly well suited to someone with a strong analytical mindset and a genuine interest in improving processes within a top-performing hedge fund.The firm is particularly interested in candidates with:Up to 4 years' Trade Support, Middle Office or closely related Operations experienceStrong academics and a genuine interest in financial marketsExperience in a T0 / same-day trade support environmentExposure across areas such as collateral, financing, treasury, onboarding, risk or operational projectsAn interest in automation, technology and improving existing processesStrong communication skills and the ability to work closely with traders, portfolio managers and wider stakeholdersThe role offers significant autonomy and responsibility at an early stage of your career, alongside excellent progression and highly competitive compensation.A sign-on bonus can also be offered to compensate for any bonus being forfeited.Please apply if you would like to discuss the opportunity in more detail.
