Operations Analytics & Insight Lead | London | £100,000 + Bonus + BenefitsWe're looking for an experienced Operations Analytics & Insight Lead to join a fast-paced, technology-led business and lead a team of 4-5 analysts, with additional analytics engineering support.This is a hands-on leadership role (60% hands-on / 40% strategic), with the opportunity to shape the analytics roadmap, influence senior stakeholders and drive greater use of automation and AI across Operations.Key responsibilities:Lead, develop and mentor a team of 4-5Shape the analytics strategy and move the team from reactive requests to a structured roadmapDeliver hands-on analysis using SQL, experimentation and statistical testingIdentify operational inefficiencies and opportunities for automationSupport AI, chatbot and internal copilot initiatives, including measuring their effectivenessInfluence senior stakeholders through data-driven insightWe're looking for:2+ years' people management experienceStrong SQL and analytical/statistical skillsExperience managing analysts and ideally analytics engineersStrong stakeholder management and strategic thinkingPractical experience using AI/Copilot tools to improve processesExperience in fintech, financial services or another regulated environment is desirabledbt, Airflow, Git and Looker experience would be a plusHybrid: 3 days per week in the London office.A great opportunity for an analytically strong people leader who wants to combine hands-on delivery, strategy, automation and AI in a high-impact role.Find out more and apply via the link below!
