The intern will support day-to-day operational activities, including coordinating sessions, tracking service delivery, and assisting with process documentation and improvement. They will help manage customer interactions, respond to queries, and ensure a smooth, empathetic experience for users on the platform. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, maintaining records, preparing basic reports, and contributing to initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and support operational decision-making.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams in a clear, empathetic, and professional manner.Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support user onboarding, promote services, and nurture customer relationships.Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to assist in coordinating daily activities, streamlining processes, and maintaining service quality.Candidates should possess Project Management skills to help plan, organize, and follow through on tasks and small initiatives.Comfort with digital tools, basic data handling (e.g., spreadsheets or CRM systems), and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Interest in mental health, wellness, or social impact sectors, with a commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, psychology, management, or a related field is preferred.
