Operations and Finance Manager

Trusity is STEM.Org (USA) accredited, KHDA permitted (UAE), THub incubated (India), a Partner Member of BSME, and was recognized among the Top 20 companies in Stanford’s Seed Spark Program.Role Description: Operations and Finance responsibilitiesCoordinate cross-functional teams, monitor performance metrics through Zoho, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and expense tracking.Maintain records, support month-end and year-end closing, file the necessary tax related submissions in UAE, and India and generate financial reports for internal stakeholders through Zoho Books.Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to provide analytical insights, support budgeting and forecasting, and contribute to process improvements, cost control and revenueManage schedules, workflows, and resources to ensure smooth delivery of educational offerings and learner experiences.Identify partnerships in the market that can add strategic value to Trusity's overall goals and operations.Collaborate with leadership on operational planning, supporting partner and stakeholder engagements, and ensuring compliance with local and organizational standards.Contribute to scaling operations as Trusity expands, maintaining clear documentation and communication across all operational processes.Skills and Qualifications:Candidates should possess strong skills in preparing and analyzing financial statements and a solid foundation in finance principles.Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Zoho Books accounting tool, used for bookkeeping, reporting, and reconciliation.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business MBAKnowledge of relevant accounting standards and local regulatory requirements in the UAE and India.Experience with Zoho One suite to calibrate, sync and optimize flow of marketing leads, sales funnel, customers and other data metrics for offering organization level snapshots and analytics.Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling financial and operational data, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong operations management and organizational skills, including process optimization, workflow design, and resource planning.
