Operations and Maintenance Manager-Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering

Previous experience managing installation teams and multiple projects. .UAE Driving License is an advantageThe Operations &Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading the operation,maintenance, and service delivery of automated material handling systems, cargo handlingequipment, automated parking systems, and warehouse automation solutions. The roleensures maximum system availability, customer satisfaction, contractual compliance,operational efficiency, and profitability while maintaining the highest standards of safety andquality.Key Responsibilities Operations Management Lead the day-to-day operation and maintenance activities across all customer sites. Ensure all preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities are executedin accordance with contractual requirements. Maximize system uptime and equipment reliability while minimizing downtime. Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key PerformanceIndicators (KPIs), and contractual obligations. Develop operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Maintenance Management Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules. Manage emergency breakdown response and recovery activities. Ensure Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is conducted for major failures. Monitor Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), andequipment availability. Ensure OEM maintenance procedures are followed. Team Management Lead, coach, and supervise engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors. Conduct performance appraisals and identify training and development needs. Plan manpower requirements and duty rosters. Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Customer Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on operational matters. Attend customer meetings and performance reviews. Address customer complaints promptly and professionally. Identify opportunities for contract renewals and additional service offerings. Commercial Responsibilities Manage maintenance budgets and operational costs. Monitor spare parts inventory and optimize stock levels. Review quotations for maintenance contracts and spare parts. Support the preparation of annual maintenance contract (AMC) proposals. Identify cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality. Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) Ensure compliance with UAE health and safety regulations and company HSEpolicies. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments. Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements (whereapplicable).
