We work directly with leading architects, interior designers and developers across the UK, Europe and United States.As we continue to grow internationally, we are looking for an exceptional Operations and Office Manager to help ensure the company behind the brand operates with the same level of thought, quality and attention to detail as our products.The roleThis is a broad, hands-on role at the centre of Studio Ore.You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of our London office while helping coordinate the operational requirements of our international locations. The role combines office and facilities management, HR administration, business operations and some finance and executive support.We are looking for someone who takes responsibility, brings structure and organisation to a busy environment and makes sure things actually get done.Key responsibilitiesOffice and facilities:take responsibility for the smooth running of our London office and consultation spacecoordinate facilities and operational requirements across our international officesmanage landlords, contractors, utilities, equipment, phones and key office suppliersensure our working and client-facing environments are consistently well maintained and presentedPeople and HR:coordinate recruitment administration, employment documentation, onboarding and offboardingmaintain HR records and manage holiday, absence and other people administrationliaise with external HR, payroll and employment advisersmaintain clear and effective internal policies and proceduresOperations and administration:manage key company records, contracts, subscriptions, insurance renewals and recurring business requirementsimprove and document internal processes as the company growscoordinate across teams and locations to ensure important actions are followed throughidentify operational problems and take ownership of resolving themsupport the introduction of systems and processes that make the business more efficient and organisedFinance and commercial administration:support the finance team with day-to-day financial administrationcoordinate supplier invoices, expenses, purchase documentation and approvalssupport budgeting, cost tracking and reporting where requiredliaise with accountants, payroll providers, banks and other external advisers as necessaryWho we are looking forWe are looking for someone who is exceptionally organised, capable and dependable and above all is confident to get on the phone and get things doneYou will probably have experience in operations, office management, business administration or a similarly broad role.
