When you own this role, you own the engine room.This is for you if:You take ownership of a tracker and actually keep it updatedYou notice something's about to go wrong before it does — and you say so earlyYou find satisfaction in a system that runs cleanly, not chaos that keeps you busyYou want your work to directly impact real revenue, not sit in a backlogWhat you'll ownFulfilment & dispatchDaily fulfilment for Shopify, Shopee, and Lazada orders — pack, coordinate, dispatchLiaise with Shopee riders for instant delivery cut-offs (3pm daily)Coordinate B2B order pickups and deliveries via Lalamove and other logistics partnersInventoryMaintain the inventory tracker daily across B2B, offline, and ecommerce channelsManage stock movement between office and warehouseFlag expiring goods and low stock levels before they become a problemGrow into placing and tracking factory orders as you build upSuppliesManage recurring monthly supplies — carton boxes, tapes, airway billsKeep the procurement expense tracker updated weeklyTeam supportAssist with booth and event setup during occasional sales activationsHow we'll set you up:You won't be thrown into everything at once. Your first weeks follow a structured plan — master one workflow at a time, with direct training from the Operations lead, until you're running the engine room independently. Then the scope grows with you, including factory and supplier coordination.What we're looking for1–3 years in operations, logistics, warehouse, retail stock, or e-commerce fulfilment preferred — right attitude beats a long resumeComfortable with Google Sheets — you actually keep trackers updatedExperience with Shopee, Lazada, or Shopify seller platforms is a strong advantageComfortable with hands-on physical workOrganised, reliable, proactive — you flag problems before they become firesEnglish proficiency required; Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a bonusAble to start immediatelyWorking hoursMonday–Friday 9am–6pm, Saturday 9am–3pmFlexible early finish on 2 weekdays of your choice — Wednesday, Thursday, or FridayWhy join usSmall team, real ownership — your work is visible and it mattersStructured training first, full trust after — then no layers of approval for day-to-day decisionsFrom Malaysia to regional — we're actively expanding and you'll grow with usCompetitive salary, reviewed on performance, with EPF, SOCSO, and EIS
