These principles guide how the team works with clients and supports one another to achieve excellent patient outcomes.Role Description The Operations Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, supporting the smooth daily functioning of the physiotherapy practice. This role assists with scheduling appointments, coordinating patient flow, and managing administrative tasks such as data entry, record updates, and documentation. The Operations Assistant helps maintain clinic operations by monitoring inventory, preparing treatment rooms, and supporting operational processes and reporting. The role involves communicating with patients, clinicians, and external partners to provide responsive service and accurate information. The Operations Assistant also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring procedures are followed and service standards are consistently met.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to support day-to-day clinic activities and workflow coordination.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to handle basic data tracking, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with patients, clinicians, and external stakeholders.Candidates should demonstrate good organizational abilities, attention to detail, and time management to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Relevant experience in healthcare or clinic operations is beneficial; a diploma or degree in business, healthcare administration, or related fields is an advantage.Proficiency with office software and clinic management systems, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, is preferred.
