Operations Assistant.We're looking for a sharp, organized Operations Assistant to work directly with our Managing Director, supporting the business across operations, recruitment operations, marketing, admin and ad hoc projects. This is a varied, fast-moving role, no two days will look the same — suited to someone who's comfortable juggling multiple workstreams, learns quickly, and takes ownership without needing much hand-holding.What You'll Be DoingRecruitment operationsPosting and managing job adverts on LinkedIn and pushing new roles live on our websiteBooking and coordinating calls between candidates, clients and the teamWriting up candidate summaries and profilesBuilding and maintaining candidate/client lists, and helping automate workflows in (our ATS/CRM)Writing email outreach.Reviewing and monitoring job adverts (ours and the wider market)Monitoring outreach activity and LinkedIn engagement, and following up on responsesTriaging and following up on leads coming through the websiteMarketingSupporting company page marketing and content on LinkedInGeneral & operations adminProviding general admin support across the businessAssisting with new company registrations and operations to support the business.Liaising with accountants on operational mattersConducting research to support ad hoc projectsWhat We're Looking ForHighly organised, with strong attention to detail — comfortable managing several priorities at onceExcellent written English (a lot of this role is writing: candidate write-ups, job ads, outreach)Comfortable working with tech systems, ai, CRM/ATS tools, or a fast learnerProactive and resourceful — happy to figure things out and take initiativeReliable and discreet, given the operational and administrative nature of the rolePrior experience in operations or executive/admin support essentialWhat We OfferFully remote role with flexibility must be based in Dubai and first 2 months will be full training not remote.Direct exposure to a fast-growing recruiting business working with top trading and machine learning companiesBroad, hands-on experience across recruitment operations, marketing and business adminRoom to grow in the position.
