Operations Associate - Auctions (KYC and Escrow)

Mandatory details/Skills:Review and verify plate number listings submitted by users.Process KYC and document verification for buyers and sellers.Support escrow transactions from payment through to plate transfer.Coordinate plate transfer appointments with registration centres and RTA.Prepare and process valuation certificate requests.Handle customer enquiries and escalate as needed.Maintain accurate records on the internal admin platform.Support monthly auction preparation and execution.
