You’ll be responsible for making sure orders move from warehouse to customer as quickly and smoothly as possible.You will manage delivery riders, coordinate Shiprocket shipments, track operational performance, and solve problems before customers ever notice them.If you like building systems, managing people on the ground, and making operations run like clockwork, this role is for you.What You’ll Be Responsible ForQuick Commerce OperationsManage and oversee Lafetch’s 60-minute delivery operationsEnsure orders are processed, packed, and dispatched quicklyMonitor daily order flow and resolve operational bottlenecksRider ManagementManage and coordinate delivery ridersPlan rider allocation based on demandTrack delivery timelines and rider productivityHandle rider onboarding, scheduling, and coordinationShiprocket & LogisticsManage Shiprocket shipments for non-instant deliveriesTrack shipments and resolve delivery issuesCoordinate with courier partners when requiredOperational MonitoringTrack key metrics like:Delivery timeOrder success rateFailed deliveriesRider utilizationIdentify inefficiencies and improve processesProblem SolvingHandle delivery delays, rider issues, and operational escalationsEnsure customers receive orders as promisedWhat We’re Looking For2–4 years of operations or logistics experienceExperience managing delivery operations, logistics, or quick commerceComfortable managing riders / on-ground teamsFamiliarity with Shiprocket or similar logistics platformsStrong problem-solving mindsetHighly organized and execution-focusedComfortable working in a fast-paced startup environmentThis Role Is Perfect For Someone WhoLikes owning operations end-to-endEnjoys managing people on the groundCan solve problems quicklyWants to be part of building something fastWhy LafetchYou won’t just manage operations here.You’ll help build one of India’s fastest fashion delivery engines.
