This position supports daily logistics and freight forwarding activities, including coordinating shipments, updating tracking information, and ensuring accurate documentation for domestic and international cargo. The role involves communicating with clients, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues, manage schedules, and maintain compliance with customs and regulatory requirements. The Operations Associate assists with warehouse coordination, inventory updates, and basic supply chain tasks, helping to optimize operational workflows and service delivery. The position also includes monitoring performance metrics, identifying process improvements, and supporting customer service with timely, professional responses.Qualifications Strong operations skills, including logistics coordination and basic supply chain management.Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal teams.Solid analytical skills to review shipment data, identify discrepancies, and support process improvements.Clear communication skills for handling documentation, reports, and customer inquiries.Customer service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships.Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations is an advantage.Proficiency with standard office software and logistics systems; familiarity with customs or transportation platforms is a plus.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or a related field preferred.
