Operations Associate

Location : Noida, UPAbout the RoleAt Snooplay, we're looking for an Operations Associate who will play a key role in ensuring seamless procurement, inventory management, and daily warehouse operations. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with the ability to manage vendor coordination, maintain inventory accuracy, and support end-to-end order fulfilment in a fast-paced quick commerce environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage procurement activities by coordinating with vendors, negotiating pricing, and ensuring timely inventory replenishment.Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and conduct regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies.Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch teams, and delivery partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely deliveries.Ensure all orders meet quality, packaging, and dispatch SLA standards.Track inward and outward movement of goods and maintain operational accuracy.Prepare procurement, inventory, and operational reports while analyzing trends to improve efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Support for seamless operations.Identify process improvement opportunities and take ownership of assigned operational tasks.Be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including weekends, based on business requirements.What You'll BringHigh ownership and accountability.A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Strong collaboration skills across teams.Passion for building efficient operational processes.If you're excited about solving operational challenges and contributing to a fast-growing quick commerce business, we'd love to hear from you!Application Form (Mandatory): https://forms.gle/nEohkiiZ9hsV1WW26 and share your CV with us at anshika.gupta@snooplay.in
