Backed by KGI Financial Group, we have a robust footprint in Asia, covering Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand^.We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our Non-listed Product Business Support team, under our Operations Department.ResponsibilitiesHandle daily tasks on the trade, settlement and clearing for wide range of non-listed products (bonds; ELI & ELN) and mutual fundsHandle requests and enquiries from salesperson, regulators, auditors, etcMonitor complicated control exceptions, investigate and coordinate to resolvePrepare operational documents like procedures, guidelines, etcPerform control tasks to secure the reliability of day-to-day outputContinuously review the process flow and make or suggest improvements to strengthen the system in managing the process and the operational riskResolve operational issues and escalate in accordance with complexity and risk levelWork with unit managers and team lead to incorporate business and regulatory requirements to design process flow and procedures to deliver the support in an efficient and effective mannerAssist unit managers and team lead to identify opportunity of process improvement; analyze, propose and implement improvement measuresParticipate in operations development or change initiativeSet out acceptance criteria, test plan and coordinate/conduct user acceptance test on developmentsParticipate in ad hoc business and system development projects from time to timeRequirementsDegree holder with at least 3 years of relevant experienceStrong knowledge of market practice, market operations, regulations in wide range of non-listed products and familiar with mutual funds handling (order execution to settlement)High capability to adapt to changing working requirementsIndependent, enthusiastic, accountable, logical and systematic thinkingProficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS AccessProficient in Cantonese, English and MandarinWe offer a competitive remuneration package and long-term career development to the right candidates.
