Our leading institutional Electronic Communication Network (ECN) providing deep liquidity, competitive pricing, and advanced execution solutions to financial institutions, brokers, hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, asset managers, and other professional market participants. Our technology-driven platform delivers transparent access to global FX liquidity while enabling clients to optimize execution quality and trading performance.Role OverviewAs the Operations Associate, you will be a key member of the MEX Exchange Operations team, which the business relies on heavily. You will multi-task, reprioritize quickly and escalate production issues as they arise. The role calls for excellent time management, communication and organization skills, and the ability to work independently. Three positions are available, covering the Asia, UK and NY shifts.Key ResponsibilitiesReal-Time Monitoring: Proactively and reactively monitor processes, client connections and trade flows.Control Reporting: Build, modify and maintain daily control reports, and identify key escalation triggers.Client and Vendor Onboarding: Onboard clients and vendors, including system set-up and coordination of connectivity and session details.Relationship Management: Maintain external relationships with Prime Brokers, banks, clients and vendors to ensure connectivity and daily issues are resolved when they occur.Client Data Analytics: Use and build out existing tools to analyse client trends, queries and issue management (e.g. fill rates), using the data to improve client experience and liaise with Sales.Liquidity Analytics: Use and build out existing tools to drive LP discussions that improve pricing and client execution.Technology Testing: Carry out UAT and troubleshooting of proprietary technology as trading GUIs and administrative portals are deployed, to deliver an outstanding product.CRM Management: Work with Sales to enhance the CRM tool so client details and key information are captured, and produce weekly/monthly data reports showing progress and touch points to senior stakeholders.Onboarding and Volume Tracking: Work with senior stakeholders to track client onboarding and volume progression.Client and Liquidity Mapping: Maintain and track liquidity routing so the correct streams are provided to clients, and track changes to liquidity to keep pricing robust.Qualifications & Requirements1-3 years of analytical or client service experience in financial products.Solid understanding of FX products, such as Spot, Forwards, Swaps and NDFs.Knowledge of the trade lifecycle from execution through confirmation, settlement and reconciliation.Strong attention to detail with high accuracy under time pressure.Ability to investigate discrepancies, identify root causes and recommend fixes.Comfort working with large data sets, including Excel (pivot tables, lookups, macros) and ideally Python.Diligent work ethic; self-motivated and proactive.Adherence to policies, controls and audit requirements.Awareness of financial crime controls (sanctions screening, AML).Clear written and verbal communication with front office, middle office, finance and external counterparties.Collaborative approach within a team and across departments.Why Join Us?Work with an industry-leading global financial institution.Competitive salary and comprehensive employee benefits.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.Collaborative, inclusive, and dynamic work environment.Commitment to innovation and professional excellence.Become part of our international community at MultiBank Group, dedicated to excellence, innovation, and shaping the future of finance.
