As Stack scales to new products and geographies, a strong operations layer is critical to delivering a best-in-class, predictable seller experience and improving product utilization.As Operations Associate - Stack, you will own and improve seller-facing financing operations across assigned products and customers. You will be responsible for making processes scalable, ensuring agreed timelines are met, resolving exceptions quickly, and working with Product, Tech, Finance and external partners to continuously improve the seller experience.Operations ExecutionManage end-to-end seller journeys including onboarding, financing, repayment, and repeat loans with clear ownership of timelines and follow-through.Monitor onboarding and repayment SLAs actively to ensure timely resolution of breaches and ageing cases.Process ExcellenceDesign and maintain clear, exhaustive process flows and SOPs for standard journeys, edge cases, and new product launches.Conduct root-cause analysis on operational failures and seller escalations to drive systemic, corrective actions.Partner with Product and Tech teams to automate manual steps and increase workflow scalability.Build operational visibility by maintaining clear, data-driven reporting on SLAs and key performance metrics to guide business reviews.What success looks likeSuccess in this role will be measured across both process health and seller outcomes:Process metrics: High SLA adherence across seller onboarding and repayment processes, with improving turnaround times and fewer ageing or breached cases.Operational quality: Clear ownership of exceptions, strong root-cause resolution, accurate process documentation and a reduction in avoidable manual interventions.Seller outcomes: Improved seller utilisation of Stack financing products, supported by a reliable and predictable operating experience.Scalability: Processes that can support growing seller volumes and new financing offerings without a proportional increase in manual effort.What You'll Need1-4 years of relevant Operations/ process-improvement experience.Seller empathy; a strong understanding of how operational decisions affect seller experience.Strong ownership and problem-solving skills, with experience troubleshooting operational. issues with first principal approach and driving them to closure.Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with operational data, metrics and trackers.Ability to write clear, exhaustive and easy to understand SOPs and process documentation.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across internal teams, external partners and sellers.Fintech or lending experience will be a plus.
