This role is designed for candidates who want broad exposure to how a growing business operates and who can move comfortably between strategy and execution.Key Responsibilities·       Drive day-to-day business operations across assigned functions.·       Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of priorities.·       Track operational KPIs, identify bottlenecks and drive corrective action.·       Build and improve processes, SOPs and operating systems.·       Support management in planning, execution and performance reviews.·       Analyse business data and convert insights into actionable initiatives.·       Coordinate projects from planning through execution and closure.·       Identify operational risks and ensure timely resolution.·       Work closely with leadership on high-priority business initiatives.Candidate Profile & Specific Requirements·       BBA/MBA from an IIM or other top-tier B-School.·       Strong problem-solving, analytical and execution skills.·       Ability to work across multiple functions and manage competing priorities.·       Strong communication and stakeholder management.·       High ownership, adaptability and comfort with ambiguity.·       Candidates with broad business exposure, leadership experience or cross-functional internship experience are preferred.What You Can Expect·       ₹10.5 to 12.5 LPA full-time compensation.·       Direct exposure to business leaders and decision-makers.·       Ownership of real business processes, projects and outcomes.·       Cross-functional exposure and a steep learning curve.·       Opportunity to contribute to a growing organisation where execution and initiative matter.Selection ProcessApplication → Shortlisting → Functional / Role Interview → Leadership Interview → Final SelectionHiring NoteThis opportunity is intended for high-potential candidates from IIMs and other top-tier B-Schools who are looking for meaningful responsibility, direct business exposure and a steep learning curve.
